We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.

If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency.
