We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.
Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after your tracking number has been given a "delivered" status. Any return request after that will be refused. A return label will be sent to you. Returned product must be received in good condition or exact condition described in order to receive a full refund.
