The images used are high quality renders that are used to best demonstrate how the miniatures look. These are not a representation of the final printed color. Miniatures are measured from foot to eye level of an average male in that scale. (32mm will be 32-33mm from foot to eyes for an avg male figure)
I use high quality resin with creating these prints and take care to thoroughly wash and cure each piece. However, some imperfections do get missed from time to time. There may be some support studs left on your pieces. These can be easily remove with tweezers. There may also be some printing imperfections. My experience has shown that these are usually covered up during the painting process.

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency.
