Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.
