It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.

Returns & Refunds are accepted and approved up to seven days after your order has been marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier. Please contact Nerdy Minis before the seventh day to initiate the process. If you are returning an item for a refund, your refund will be held until the returned item has been received and processed. Returned items must be in the same condition that they were shipped in in order to be eligble for a refund.
