It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after a "Delivered" status has been applied to your tracking number.

Each miniature is carefully 3D printed, washed, and cured. As with all resin prints, small support marks or minor surface imperfections may be present and are easily handled during standard hobby prep.

Nerdy Minis does not yet have an IOSS number. All VAT tax, duties & courier fees will need to be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
