It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted for up to seven days after your tracking number has a "Delivered" status. Item must be returned in the same condition shipped for a full refund or exchange unless previously approved. All returns & exchanges must be approved first beofre processing.
