The images used are high quality renders that are used to best demonstrate how the miniatures look. These are not a representation of the final printed color.
I use high quality resin with creating these prints and take care to thoroughly wash and cure each piece. However, some imperfections do get missed from time to time. There may be some support studs left on your pieces. These can be easily remove with tweezers. There may also be some printing imperfections. My experience has shown that these are usually covered up during the painting process.
